Summer Camp 2006

Beneficiaries Description: 3,729 children and youth from needy families and orphanages from different Marzes of Armenia.

Project Areas: Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk) , Hankavan (Kotayk)

Project Goal: The goal of the summer camp project is to enrich the physical, spiritual and social lives of school age children from vulnerable families from different Marzes of Armenia

Project Objectives:

1. To alleviate social problems of families of vulnerable children through providing an opportunity to send the children to summer camps under the Christian guidance and supervision of trained camp leaders.
2. To promote children’s physical well being through provision of nutritious meals, daily gymnastics and sports.
3. To promote children’s spiritual well being through spiritual discussions and other religious experiences.
