Intensive Training in Leadership Skills for the Beneficiaries of EPF’s Youth Bank Program and JMF’s Civic Dialogue and Actions Project

Beneficiaries description: Direct beneficiaries are about 35 students (20 from the JMF’s CDA project and 15 from the EPF’s YB program), some members of JMF and EPF staff and other invited guests/players from the capital

Project goal: To provide the major beneficiaries of two of the Foundations’ strategic projects with leadership capacities, filling in an important gap in their skills, via a joint initiative using the innovative ‘Creative Game’ technique.

Project objectives:

  • To expand the palette of skills of youth in the regions of Armenia with leadership skills.
  • To help the most active and bright young people from the two constituencies to learn decision-making skills via intensive and high quality training.
  • To set the stage for young people to become independent thinkers and decision-makers in their communities, thereby contributing to the range of options they have inside their communities.
  • To promote ‘out of box’ thinking among young people in the regions of Armenia, which will contribute to community development in the long run.
