Beneficiaries Description: direct beneficiaries are 2,300 people among them 7-17 years old school children, indirect beneficiaries are 600 people (teachers, parents, other interested people)
Project Areas: Paravaqar, Aygepar, Movses, Chinari, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, Aygedzor, Artsvaberd villages of Tavush Marz and Sotk, Areguni, Avazan, Arpunq, Kakhakn, Geghamasar, Akhpradzor, Maqenis, Kutakan, Tretuq villages of Gegharkunik marz
Project Goal: to raise awareness about the danger of landmines among school-age children and teenagers of Chinari, Movses, Aygepar, Nerkin Karmir Aghbyur, Paravakar, Aygedzor and Artsvaberd settlements of Tavush marz, as well as Sotk, Areguni, Avazan, Arpunk, Kakhakn, Geghamasar, Akhpradzor, Makenis, Kutakan, Tretuk settlements of Gegharkunik marz, and teach them risk reduction and safe lifestyle behavior, through staged puppetry and games.
Project Objectives:
- Preparation and implementation of staged puppetry plays in bordering communities of Tavush marz of Armenia.

- Initial play staging
- Rehearsal around the table, then on a stage
- Play premiere
- Implementation of the staging in all targeted communities, followed by interactive activities to reinforce the educational material.
