Beneficiaries Description: Berd Women Resource Center (BWRC) Foundation’s staff and 30 beneficiaries, mostly women doing business activities (making Teddy Bears).

Project Goal: to increase the capacity of the Foundation to provide more economic and educational opportunities for women of the Berd region.
Project Objectives:
- To develop the capacity of the Foundation by building/improving the organizational structure, developing strategic directions and work plans for the operations and enhancing knowledge and skills of the management and staff.
- To develop business opportunities of the Foundation to generate sustainable profit for the future programs and trainings, benefiting the women of the region.
