Unlocking the Potential of Women in social Entrepreneurship (U.POWER_ERASMUS+)

Beneficiaries Description: 

Train 8 adult educators on MOOC 7 modules (video courses)

- 30 women per partner country testing the MOOC
- 16 women per partner country involved in coaching sessions
- 7 pilot testing phases
- 8 adult educators in the ToT

Project Area: Armenia, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Latvia 

Project Goal: to create, in alignment with its priority of creating upskilling pathways and improving accessibility to adult education, a blended approach consisting of a mixture of remote learning, in particular the creation of a MOOC dealing with social entrepreneurship for women, and coaching sessions to support all of them - including those with fewer opportunities - in the creation of social enterprises. 

Project Objectives։

1. Strengthen the adult education sector providing coaching skills and competences for adult educators to effectively support women in an entrepreneurship path through a blended approach.
2. Provide and strengthen skills and competences of women for a successful career development with a strong focus on social entrepreneurship by offering tailor-made high quality learning opportunities for adults. To do so the project foresees online training (MOOC), coaching sessions and networking and mentoring opportunities at local, national and European level.
3. Increase awareness among women, adult educators, policy makers and the general public on the challenge of gender equality and the importance of female empowerment and social entrepreneurship.
