Beneficiaries Description: Direct beneficiaries of the project are about 300 children with special needs (disabled and with developmental disorders) and their families, and Kapan CDRC’s rehabilitation team 6 specialists.

Project Goal: To improve the health conditions of children with disabilities and developmental disorders of Kapan region of Syunik marz.
Project Objectives:
- By the end of December 2012 to establish and improve knowledge and skills of rehabilitation team of Kapan CDRC of Sunik marz.
- By the end of November 2012 to improve the technical capacities of Kapan CDRC.
- To start providing children with disabilities and developmental disorders with comprehensive professional treatment and rehabilitation.
- To promote disabled children integration into society through learning them basic skills to get along with others; develop self-control; learning and practicing large and small motor skills; etc.
