Vocational Training for Armenian Youth of Tsalka Region

Beneficiaries Description: Direct beneficiaries are approximately 60 Armenian youth from Tsalka region aged 12-17

Project Areas: Tsalka region, Republic of Georgia

Project Goal: to strengthen the Armenian communities and their cultural life through providing vocational training and professional specialization opportunities to 60 youth aged 12-17 from the Armenian villages of Tsalka region. 

Project Objectives:

  1. To develop the knowledge and skills of 60 youth ages 12-17 from 13 Armenian villages of Tsalka region in pottery and carpet making professions through organization of pottery and carpet making classes in the public school of Ghushchi village.
  2. To promote further initiatives of the project beneficiary youth for originating small scale income generation activities through providing them with basic entrepreneurial knowledge via the training on Business and Marketing.
