Beneficiaries description: About 150 school age children from socially vulnerable families that are temporarily residing in the Children’s Care Centre.

Project area: Yerevan

Project Goal: To improve the overall social and psychological well being of the underprivileged children from special/boarding schools/centers in Armenia.

Project objectives:

• Promotion of creativity, personal capacities and communication skills of children of CCC through organization of the following workshops (Theatrical Plays, Musical Productions, Skilful Hands, Psychological Discussions, Speech Development, Film Education and Intellectual Games).
• Organization of active cultural life and creative leisure for children residing in CCC through preparation and presentation of performances, visits to cultural institutions and meetings with honored performers.
• Introduction of the established model for intellectual and social development of institutionalized children to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and to other agencies and organizations.
